MTCO is very fortunate to be working with Business Communication Systems (BCS). As an HP Authorized Enterprise Reseller they are qualified to help us with all our computing needs. We must have reliable high performance systems that support our business critical environment. We also need that same type of support in a reseller. Whether we need an Alpha server, Intel server, additional storage or back-up protection, The staff at BCS is there to assist us.
As our business continues to expand the addition of new equipment is not a problem. Paul Boyd, the Services Manager, will take care of adding all our hardware to the service agreement and insure that we have adequate support coverage with 4-hour response. Paul will call us to talk about coverage and verify that we have all the support that we need. That’s one less detail that my staff has to worry about.
